Venue and location

Hall booking reminder Memorial Hall, Performing Arts Centre, and the Chapel are shared spaces with high demand. Check the venue calendar for clashes, confirm staging requirements, and allow for bump-in/bump-out time either side of the event.
Off-site event checklist Confirm transport arrangements, risk assessment documentation, student-to-staff supervision ratios, emergency contact protocols, and parent permission forms. Notify the front office of expected return time.
Sports venue requirements Confirm access to change rooms, first aid coverage, equipment transport, scoreboard setup, and any opponent or umpire coordination. Check if the venue has capacity restrictions or curfew times.
